A Background Built on Service and Accountability

Christian’s professional foundation was formed in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a Recon Marine with the 3rd Reconnaissance Battalion in Okinawa, Japan. Recon service demands precision, resilience, and absolute trust in the people beside you. Values that continue to guide how Christian approaches his work today.

That experience instilled a lasting sense of responsibility to protect others, especially when the stakes are high and the outcome matters. It also shaped his calm, methodical approach to problem-solving under pressure; an asset his clients rely on when facing overwhelming legal and financial uncertainty.

Standing Up to Insurers to the Courtroom

After earning his law degree, Christian worked as a construction project manager, where he used his legal training to advocate for homeowners navigating insurance disputes after major losses. In that role, he saw firsthand how difficult it can be for individuals and families to push back against well-funded insurance companies while trying to rebuild their lives. That experience reinforced his resolve to represent people—not institutions—and gave him practical insight into how insurers evaluate, delay, and deny claims.

Christian later brought that perspective into the courtroom as a prosecutor for Clark County. He represented victims at every level of the criminal justice system, including trial courts and the Ohio Supreme Court. His time as a prosecutor sharpened his litigation skills, strengthened his command of evidence and procedure, and reinforced the importance of preparation and credibility when advocating for others.

A Trial-Ready Advocate for Injury Victims

Today, Christian focuses his practice on personal injury law, representing individuals who have been harmed by negligence or misconduct. He approaches every case with the understanding that clients are often carrying far more than physical injuries. They’re navigating medical decisions, financial pressure, and concern for their families.

Christian believes that hiring a lawyer should lift that burden. He takes ownership of the legal process so his clients can focus on healing, stability, and what comes next. His cases are prepared with trial readiness from the start; not because every case needs a trial, but because strong preparation puts clients in the best possible position for resolution.

Commitment Beyond the Practice of Law

Christian is deeply committed to supporting service members and veterans. He was a founding board member and secretary of the Recon & Sniper Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to assisting active-duty service members and veterans through financial aid, peer support, and mental health resources.

The Foundation’s competitive sports division, Team RSF, provides veterans with structured outlets such as endurance sports, precision shooting, and competitive athletics, helping transform high-risk behaviors into positive, goal-oriented pursuits.
