Building a Firm Around Accountability and Results

Nathan’s legal career has been defined by a focus on representing people whose lives have been disrupted by negligence. His practice centers on complex and high-stakes injury cases, including truck, car, and motorcycle crashes, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, animal attacks, premises liability, medical malpractice, and nursing home neglect. From the beginning, Nathan believed that injured clients deserve more than surface-level advocacy. He built The Stuckey Firm around the principles of preparation, responsiveness, and accountability.

Every case is approached with trial readiness, not because every case must go to trial, but because strong preparation creates leverage and protects clients when insurers or corporate defendants push back. Clients come to Nathan during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. He takes that responsibility seriously. His goal is to remove the legal burden from injured individuals and their families so they can focus on healing, stability, and the needs of the people who depend on them.

Statewide Leadership With Local Roots

Born and raised in Springfield, Ohio, Nathan has deep ties to the community he serves. That local connection informs how he practices law and how he leads his firm. He understands the impact serious injuries have not just on individuals, but on families, workplaces, and entire communities. Beyond his practice, Nathan is deeply involved in statewide legal leadership. He has held nearly every executive role within the Ohio Association for Justice and currently serves as its President.

His leadership reflects the respect he has earned among peers and his commitment to protecting the civil justice system for injured people across Ohio. Despite his statewide and national recognition, Nathan remains closely connected to home. Outside of work, he spends his time with family and actively participates in the community, including coaching youth football and basketball. That balance of leadership and accessibility defines both his personal values and the culture of The Stuckey Firm.
